This Fit Kids Series will incorporate areas of fitness such as strength, stretching, and cardio. Through obstacle courses, games, and fun stations, we will teach kids how to move their bodies and work together. Each week will be themed to create an atmosphere that inspires creativity and playfulness. Join Maya Peck, who has experience working with kids 3-12 years old, and is in school at the University of Florida for Applied Physiology and Kinesiology.
When: Monday and Thursday for three weeks

3-7 years old – 3:30 pm-4:05 pm
8-12 years old – 4:15 pm-4:50 pm
