This FREE all levels, all ages practice is designed to release stress and tension after the work day while providing an opportunity for the whole family to participate in mindful movement meditation.
This class will include breathing exercises, gentle stretching, and guided relaxation in a beautiful natural setting.
All skill levels are welcome.
Is it your first time doing yoga? No problem, since this is an excellent class for beginners. If you have a mat, please bring it with you. You may also like to bring a cushion or towel to use as a prop. We will have some extra mats, bolsters, and blocks for participants to use as well, so if you have limited mobility we have some great tools to help you be comfortable and enjoy your experience. Come on out to the visitor center to enjoy a relaxing session in one of the area's best state parks!
