Sweetwater Wetlands Park Ranger Led Tour- First Sundays

  • When: Sunday, February 5, 2023,  1:30 pm -  2:30 pm
  • Location: Sweetwater Wetlands Park, 325 SW Williston Road, Gainesville FL
  • Cost: Free with park admission ($5/vehicle, $2 for pedestrians, vans and bikes).

Take a guided tour at Sweetwater Wetlands Park and learn about the park's history and management, and the wildlife and plants that can be found here.

Participants should arrive at the park 15 minutes prior to the tour start time so they can walk to meet the ranger at the boardwalk pavilion on cell 1 (tour does not start at restroom area). The tour includes a short walking portion, about 1 mile total from start to finish and will last about 1 hour. Please bring water, sunscreen and comfortable walking shoes.
