• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1-Mile Run
*If you have a weight vest, bring it.
Post-Murph Fun:
Stay cool and celebrate with food, ice cream, and a water slide!
Bring plenty of hydration it’s going to be hot! We will keep the fridge stocked with waters and Gatorades.
