Pofahl Studio Presents The Dancing Princesses

With The Dancing Princesses, DANB’s Resident School, Pofahl Studios dances into Spring & Summer with students showcasing a year’s worth of work doing what they love.
The program opens with a huge tap number and then introduces “Royalty”, Gabriel Lopes and Rosemary Deiorio, principal dancers with DANB and concludes with “The Wedding” featuring graduating senior Julia Ambrosia and DANB’s Nathan Fernandes. Also featured, graduating Senior Lily Eyman with DANB Corp de Ballet member Victor Mancuso.
DANB Corp de Ballet members performing include Julia Ambrosia, Madison Gaston, Anna Gleim, Kellyn Patton, Leah Perine, Astrid Scales and Allie Schofield along with Apprentices Eleanor Gurka, Madeleine Gurka and Lea Sanchez.
As usual, audience favorites promise to be the pre-ballet classes of 3 and 4 year olds. You can always expect the unexpected with this age group! Another audience favorite, “The Family Dance” where dancers and family members take the stage – showcasing their talent and finishing with an enthusiastic kick line.
The faculty, all members of DANB, and dancers promise you an entertaining show from beginning to end. Classical and neo-classical ballet, contemporary, acrobatics, hip-hop, tap, jazz – from pre-ballet to pre-professional …The Dancing Princesses has it all!
