Have you heard about the World Masters Athletics Indoor Championship (WMAC2025) event coming to Celebration Pointe this month?
Never before has this event been held in the United States, and participants are excited to be coming to North Central Florida for over a week!
Similar to the Olympics, The World Masters Championship event will feature an "Athletes Village" that will serve as the social hub to provide food and drinks, entertainment, activities, products, services, and information on our area.
This event is a marketing opportunity that you don't want to miss.
This event will feature over 4,000 athletes aged 35+ from all over the world. Over 12,000 sports tourism visitors are expected to attend this 9-day event that runs from March 22nd-30th.
Over 60% of the spectators will be coming from outside of the US. (Athletes have registered from 99 countries.) These athletes and spectators are here for leisure and will be looking for things to do, see, eat, and experience in our area. We are presenting you with the opportunity to engage with this audience and share your product and services with them.
This is a great opportunity to promote your brand to an audience of 12,000 visitors who are excited and interested in our area.

March 22nd to the 30th, Alachua County will welcome the World Masters Championship Event to the United States for the first time in history! Athletic events will take place in the sports complex within Celebration Pointe with the Athletic Village right outside.
