Spirit Led Art Therapy is offering FREE workshops for girls ages 9-15, designed to help inspire the next generation of strong women! John 4:4 says, "The spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world." Workshops will help the next generation of women dream big, discover where true beauty lies, cultivate a strong faith and understand what a gift they are to the world.
God wants the next generation to live full of purpose, faith, joy, agency, resilience, and adventure. Spirit Led Art Therapy invites the next generation to live their brightest lives.
Dream Big Workshop

Girls can explore their dreams for the future and their God-given purpose through learning about the biblical story of Deborah and have the opportunity to create a vision board to explore their God-given gifts and cultivate a sense of purpose.
Confident Beauty: Seeing yourself as God sees you Workshop

Comparison is a divisive tool the enemy uses to make girls and women believe they are not enough. This workshop will empower girls to acknowledge their strengths and appreciate who God has made them to be through the art of affirmation.
Brave Faith Workshop

Girls will learn about the story of Esther and her brave faith to help them understand the power they have when trusting God by creating prayer boxes.
Protecting Your Eden Workshop

When Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge, they violated God's command. As a result, Adam and Eve were removed from the Garden of Eden. By learning about this biblical story, girls understand that their Eden is worth protecting. Girls will have the opportunity to discuss and create their Garden of Eden by learning about the qualities they want to protect and understand personal boundaries.
