Two of the biggest milestones in tumbling are mastering the back handspring and the back tuck. Sun Country hosts a tumbling clinic focused specifically on these skills for students just beginning with these skills to those who want to put the last finishing touches on their back handspring or back tuck. Our experienced coaches will assist students through a variety of drills designed to increase the strength and muscle memory needed to perform both back handsprings and tucks.
BHTBC INCLUDES:
- Basic tumbling stations including handstands, rolls, cartwheels and bridges
- Standing back handsprings and back tucks
- Running tumbling and series work
- Trampoline and tumble trak rotation
- Conditioning and flexibility exercises
