UF Health: Free Sports Physicals

The UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute will be providing Free Pre-Participation / Sports Physicals to all youth, high school, and Pop Warner students that will be participating in athletics for the 2024-2025 school year.

Visit the 2nd Floor of the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute on April 22nd and 24th, 2024 from 7 pm-9 pm.
