Gym Jam and Gym Jam Jr. are perfect gymnastic options for your child if you don’t want to commit to regularly scheduled classes, or just want to see what our program is all about! Open to both girls and boys. Pick Gym Jam or Gym Jam Jr. program based on your child’s age. Gym Jam can also be used as a missed class option for students who miss their regularly scheduled class. You do not have to be a member and potential students can use Gym Jam, or Gym Jam Jr. as an introduction to our program and an opportunity to meet our coaches. Limited space is available, so please register.
Our coaches will lead athletes through a warm-up before dividing students by age and skill level for instructional time on each gymnastics apparatus.

Gym Jam: 5 years and older (55 minutes of gymnastics fun) Every Saturday
Gym Jam Jr.: 3 years 9 months-5 years (45 minutes of gymnastics fun) Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month
