In Person Breastfeeding and Pumping Combo - (4-hr class)

This class covers breastfeeding basics, hand expression, latching your newborn, positioning at the breast and much more. This class also explores breastmilk pumping and storage guidelines and tips for mothers who are returning to work while maintaining breastfeeding. You are encouraged to have your breast pump available during class if you have it.
