Pregnancy and Postpartum: 3 Part Crash Course at Evolve Pilates

Interested in Prenatal Yoga and Pilates in Gainesville, Florida? The purpose of this course is to not only provide safe exercise for pregnant women, but also to create a well-prepared and educated community of mothers.
Course syllabus is as follows:
Day 1: How to have a strong and mobile pregnancy.
Day 2: How to prepare your body and pelvic floor for birth
Day 3: How to take care of your body in the 4th trimester.
Each day will include either prenatal Pilates or yoga, specifically focused on the topics of the day. We are excited to build a strong and informed community of expecting mothers.
