Student Wellness Resource Fair

Take Stock in Children students in Alachua County and their friends are invited to this Student Wellness Resource Fair next Monday. The first 50 to RSVP get a free backpack. Lots of resources, prizes, and dinner.
The Student Wellness Day focuses on the theme of "Returning to a Community Life," which aims to provide students with strategies and tips on how to adjust to life after being isolated for a long period of time due to the pandemic. This event will feature several activities and discussions, including talks from mental health professionals, group exercises, and interactive sessions. We will be discussing the challenges of returning to a community life after social distancing, and how students can cope with the anxiety and stress that comes with the transition. Speakers will emphasize the importance of mental health & returning to community life.
