Rising Calm Center: On The Rise Event

Rise up for a morning of creativity, connection and mental fitness hosted by Rising Calm Center. This event is for girls 9 to 12 years old. It's uniquely designed to help girls build resilience by turning the challenges of tween and middle school years into opportunities for growth and leadership development.
During this workshop, girls will be guided to cultivate mental resilience and recognize their strengths. Through a variety of activities, they also will find ways to cope with challenges, communicate effectively and grow into who God created them to be.
Schedule for event:
* 8 :45 am - check in
* 9 am - opening prayer
* 9:15 -10 am - journal decorating
* 10 am - nature walk/love your body
* 10:30 am - snack
* 11 am - CBT and the art of affirmation
* Noon - closing prayer
On The Rise hopes to make a positive impact for years to come. Your daughter will be able to use the strategies and tools she receives at this incredible event in all aspects of her formative years. Participants will receive a take-home journal and more to help keep them on the right path!
