Tioga Movie Night: The Little Mermaid - presented by UF Center For European Studies

Join us & the Center for European Studies for a very special screening of Disney’s 2023 ‘The Little Mermaid’! The movie will begin at 7:30 this Friday, March 7th.

This film is in part from the Center for European Studies' “With Love From Europe” film series, in which they study the continent’s rich literary, cultural, and historical traditions through films.

About the movie:
The youngest of King Triton’s daughters, Ariel is a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. Longing to find out more about the world beyond the sea, Ariel visits the surface and falls for the dashing Prince Eric. Following her heart, she makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to experience life on land.
This movie is rated PG and has a run time of 2h 15m. This event is free, and open to the public, thanks to our friends at the Center for European Studies. Grab a warm blanket and come join us!
