Beetlejuice! Annually, the Saturday before Halloween, Main Street in Alachua transforms to a pedestrian-only corridor for community children to have a safe environment to join in on the age-old tradition of trick-or-treating. Local businesses and organizations line the beautiful, winding roadway with thousands of pieces of candy to hand out as families stroll from one to the next.
