11:15 a.m. Choral performance by the 1000s Voices of Florida, Inc. Community Chorus
11:45 a.m. Speech by Dr. Rik Stevenson, "Emancipation and the Year of the Jubilee"
12 p.m. Youth Presentation and Circus Center Drum presentation
12:30 p.m. Concert with the Let's Ride Brass Band from Jacksonville
1:30 p.m. Closing remarks
