Join Us for the Veterans Memorial Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!

The City of Newberry is proud to honor our local heroes with the unveiling of the NEW Newberry Veterans Memorial at Lois Forte Park! Over 430 personalized bricks have been sold to recognize and commemorate the service and sacrifice of veterans in our community.

This special event will feature a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with guest speakers including Mayor Jordan Marlowe, Commissioner Mark Clark, and a heartfelt musical tribute by the Oak View Middle School Symphonic Band, Newberry High School Band, and a special performance by Josh Taylor.

We invite the entire community to join us in this moment of remembrance, gratitude, and unity. Let’s come together to honor those who have served and celebrate this meaningful addition to our city.
