
Our program teaches kids to love exercise. Through fun combinations of gymnastics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting, our expert coaches help kids lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. We understand that every child is unique, and our goal is to help each one develop a lifelong appreciation for movement, health, and self-confidence. Fitness classes specifically designed for Homeschool kids! We offer two different class levels.
Start Strong (ages 4-9): Our play-based fitness program helps kids build a love for movement early. Through fun games and simple strength circuits, they’ll learn basic movement patterns like squatting, jumping, crawling, and carrying. It’s all about playing with purpose — building confidence, strength, and joy through fitness!
Level Up (ages 9-12): Our Level Up classes build general physical preparedness (GPP)—helping athletes get stronger, move better, and stay ready for any sport or challenge. Each session includes strength, injury prevention, agility, and conditioning, scaled for all abilities. This program is about showing up, pushing limits, and discovering what they’re capable of!
PEAK PERFORMANCE (AGES 12+)

For teens ready to take it to the next level. Peak Performance features CrossFit-style workouts plus targeted strength and conditioning. We focus on power, speed, endurance, technique, and injury prevention — helping teens move smarter, get stronger, and rise to their full potential.
