Ark School of Fitness

The Florida High School Athletic Association recently added the Snatch to competitive weightlifting, and most high school coaches struggle to teach their large classes how to perform this lift safely and efficiently.

To meet this new need, The Ark is offering Olympic Weightlifting instruction to Gainesville middle and high school-aged youth. Our highly qualified coaches will ensure that your child is performing the olympic lifts with class, style, and safety (above all else).
