City of Alachua Youth Sports

In Alachua, our Recreation Department takes a great deal of pride and dedication for park landscaping, appearance, functionality, cleanliness, and safety for our children and volunteers. This lays a foundation for the City of Alachua to provide very high quality youth activities. Our youth sports programs are at the forefront of our efforts. The philosophy of our Recreation Department is to support local volunteer groups who actually organize and implement respective youth sport programs. For example, we host baseball, softball, tackle football, flag football, cheerleading, volleyball, soccer, basketball, etc.·
