D’lites Emporium

D'Lites Emporium is Gainesville's family-owned soft serve shop, and a treat the whole table can say yes to. Our ice cream is creamy soft serve that happens to be light: just 50 calories per half cup, low in fat and low in sugar, with big flavor. Most of our flavors are gluten-free and clearly marked on the menu.

We serve eight flavors every day and rotate them from a library of more than 150, so there's always something new to try, from Brownie Batter and Strawberry Shortcake to seasonal favorites. Kids love picking their own toppings, and we keep coloring pages and crayons on hand so little ones can settle in. Kid-size cups are available.

Beyond cups and cones, we make milkshakes, root beer floats, affogatos, ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cakes, and frozen take-home containers for your freezer.
