UF Heath VolunTEEN Program

UF Health offers high school student ages who have completed the 9th grade, an opportunity to volunteer in a variety of areas throughout the hospital. VolunTEENS provide valuable service to staff members and patients while gaining valuable experience.

UF Health Shands Hospital Volunteer Services offers three sessions each summer for high school students ages 14 to 17. Each session is a total of three weeks.

Due to the immense interest in our Gainesville VolunTEEN program, not all applicants that apply will be accepted. Our summer program has limited placement opportunities.

This program is only for UF Heath Gainesville. Application will become available online in January.
