STUDENTS STEPPING UP
The March of Dimes has a long history of recruiting young volunteers into leadership roles. This commitment to youth volunteerism dates back to 1955. At this time, the first March of Dimes youth program began and student leaders came together to educate their peers about the importance of receiving the polio vaccine. This effort paved the way to establishing a nationwide network of young volunteers working towards a common goal - to give every baby a healthy start in life.
No matter your age or grade level, if you are interested in stepping up, there is a way for you to get involved.
