Shelly's Adventures, The - Author Field Trip

What is The Shelly’s Adventure’s Author Field Trip? The Shelly’s Adventure’s Experience is a presentation brought to you by award-winning author Kentrell Martin. During the experience, students will be part of an interactive book reading where they will learn a minimum of 20 signs in American Sign Language. They will also be able to ask the author questions. This presentation will last 30 to 45-minutes.

How can students participate?
All students get to participate but if you’d like your student to receive a Shelly's Adventures goodie bag, the cost is $10. We would need at least 50 students to purchase for this event and experience to happen.

How does this benefit the student & School?
Not only will your child receive an autographed book but they will get a chance to meet an award-winning children’s book author. (70% of children never met an author as a child. The school benefits because they will receive $1 back for every student that participates.
