The Star Center Theatre is a non-profit organization founded in 2000. Our mission is to provide arts education and performance opportunities. We are committed to providing arts education and performing arts opportunities. Along with our 6 Main Stage productions, the Star Center participates and collaborates with various organizations within the community.
Our programs, classes, and workshops allow the children to participate in all aspects of theatre production. Children develop a sense of teamwork and pride in finishing something that they played a major part in producing. Star Center allows children to create and develop in the areas they like. We utilize student directors, musicians, costumers, visual artists and choreographers.
The program is designed to educate both preschool and K-12 students. Star Center also offers special programs for adults and families. Students learn about techniques and skills used in the performing arts and receive hands-on experience in technical theatre. The program is rooted in education and promotes inclusion in the school curriculum.
