Tinsel by April - Hair Tinseling Services

We offer the service of tying specially designed hair tinsel into the hair. We can do all types of hair (all ethnicity) as long as the hair is 3 inches long. Hair tinsel is a thin Thai silk strand that comes in over 20 colors. The tinsel is knotted into a few strands of hair and in place for 2-6 weeks. It is so durable that it can be washed, blown dry, flat ironed, curled, and even dyed over (without absorbing color)!
