

RSCF Kids Summer Program will be July 13th-17th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. This program is designed for children aged 5-10 years old. Get ready for an action-packed summer of fitness, fun, and learning! Our CrossFit Kids Summer Program is designed to help children build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment. Through a variety of engaging workouts, interactive games, and team-based challenges, kids will develop the 10 General Physical Skills essential for fitness and athletic development.
