

Each day is designed to gently guide children through movement, imagination, nature exploration, creativity, and connection with others.
DAILY FLOW
- Morning Gratitude & Intro to Meditation (15 min)
We begin each day by arriving together with grounding exercises, breathwork, gratitude practice, and playful mindfulness activities designed for children.
- Connect with the Body — Kids Yoga Practice (40 min)
A playful yoga class including movement games, storytelling, partner poses, balance practice, mindfulness tools, and relaxation techniques that support confidence, focus, cooperation, and emotional awareness.
- Connect with the Land — Garden Exploration (30 min)
Children will explore the garden through observation, sensory activities, nature crafts, plant connection, and seasonal learning inspired by the living environment around us.
- Circle Back — Integration & Sharing (30 min)
We close together with storytelling, reflection, music, drawing, sharing circles, and calming activities that help integrate the day’s experiences.

Monday — Seeds & Planting
Learning about seeds, growth, patience, and planting intentions for the week.
Wednesday — Roots & Grounding
Connecting with the earth, feeling safe in our bodies, and exploring root systems.
Thursday — Flowers, Fruits & Harvest
Exploring the beauty of blooming, nourishment, gratitude, and the gifts nature provides.
Friday — Celebration & Nature Connection
Honoring friendships, creativity, and all we discovered together throughout the week.
COMFORT & PREPARATION NOTES
We will have:
• A shaded tent area for rest and activities
• Cool herbal teas available throughout camp
• Access to a refrigerator for snacks and drinks
Please send your child with:
• A water bottle
• Sun protection (hat/sunscreen)
• Bug spray
• Comfortable clothing for movement and outdoor exploration
