Design art with Perler beads, either using a template or your imagination.
At this program, participants will design small works of art using Perler beads, which are small beads that can be arranged on pegboards and then fused together with heat.
Once a participant has finished a design, a library staff member will use a clothes iron to heat the beads and fuse them together. Plenty of templates will be available for participants to use, but they will also be allowed to create their own designs from scratch! Participants will get to make as many designs as they like, time and resources permitting.
Recommended for ages 5–11.
