Play games with robots! Kids can have some fun with our Ozobots, which are small robots that can detect colors.
Children will get a chance to play with our MakerSpace Ozobots. These small robots can follow colored tracks and respond to different color sequences along their route.
We will have plenty of Ozobot tracks to try out, plus blank paper and markers if anyone wants to make their own custom tracks. A library specialist will be teaching everyone about the robots, and will be available to assist with bringing ideas to life. We will also have lots of learning resources, including color code reference charts and tip sheets.
This program will give kids a basic introduction to programming—although they may not even realize it!
