Alachua Audubon Bird Walk at Sweetwater Wetlands

  • When: Wednesday, September 25, 2024,  8:30 am - 11:30 am
  • Location: Sweetwater Wetlands Park, 325 SW Williston Road, Gainesville FL
  • Cost: Free with park admission ($5/vehicle, $2 for pedestrians, vans and bikes).

Join members of the Alachua Audubon Society as they take guests on a walk through the park while identifying the wide variety of local wetland and migratory birds in a premier birding hotspot! Walks are free with park admission fee ($5/vehicle) and are offered every Wednesday at 8:30 a.m., starting September 4th though the end of May. Binoculars on loan while supplies last. Birders of all levels welcome! Meet the guides at the front restroom pavilion to start the birding adventure!

Bird hike is subject to Alachua Audubon Society (AAS) volunteer schedule. Please contact AAS for most up to date information.
