Give Back Thursday Invasive Plant Removal

We're back for another invasive plant volunteer day! Sweetwater Wetlands Park needs our help pulling Coral Ardisia. Volunteers of all ages are welcome. At the event, we will provide a brief introduction to invasive species, the park, and how to properly identify and remove Coral Ardisia. No prior plant knowledge or experience is necessary. Volunteers attending the event do not have to pay park entrance fee.
All supplies including gloves will be provided, but please come prepared with long pants, closed-toe shoes, a water bottle, bug spray, and sunscreen.
