Home to the world’s second largest ice sheet, Greenland is a crucial location for climate change research. But have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a scientist conducting research in a country that’s 80% covered by ice? Join the Florida Museum, the University of Florida Thompson Earth Systems Institute and the UF Water Institute at Cypress & Grove Brewing Co. for brrrrrews with a polar punch! Grab a beer, a bite to eat and hear from a team of UF graduate students and faculty studying water in Greenland as they share stories from their Arctic adventures.
