Come join me Thanksgiving THURSDAY at 9 am at Hampstead Park (by the playground) for a FREE outdoor Thanksgiving S.W.E.A.T Workout!
This FREE Outdoor S.W.E.A.T Class will be held at the Hampstead Park in Haile Plantation. This is a HIIT class focused around bodyweight strength activities and cardio. Open to anyone of all levels and ages- so bring the kiddos! Don't forget some water, a towel (a mat if you have one) and get ready to sweat it out before the turkey day meal!
