Join us for this fun Saturday morning class learning to make big, juicy balls. In this interactive cooking class students will learn to make authentic Italian Meatballs. The recipe shared in the class is an original recipe from the Fat Tuscan which not only produces the biggest balls around but are also known for their moist and flavorful character. The class will also include instructions how making a fresh Tomato Sauce from scratch. Each student will prepare meatballs in class and learn to prepare a pasta sauce to be used with the meatballs. At the end of class, students will go home with meatballs and a container of tomato sauce to share or freeze for a later date. This is an hands-on Cooking Class, an apron is recommended. While pasta and bread are the foundation of Italian cuisine, numerous Italian dishes are naturally gluten free friendly and this can be a great alternative meal for guests. An apron is encouraged for this class as each student will be making their own meatballs. $75.00 per person. Includes instructions, all supplies, ingredients, and printed recipes to take home as well as everything created in class to be part of a full meal later. Each student will go home with 6 to 12 (depending on desired size), cooked meatballs & a quart of fresh marinara sauce.
