Auditions are coming up quickly! Remember that all new and returning members need to audition. Please be prepared to sing 2 - 2.5 minutes of your favorite family-friendly song (younger children will likely be present). Thursday, August 17th - please schedule an appointment time! (3:30 - 6:00 pm)

Gainesville Youth Chorus is a not-for-profit, regionally based chorus for boys and girls aged 8-18 that has become an international children's touring choir. The Gainesville Youth Chorus is dedicated to preserving and enhancing the natural qualities of the unchanged voice. GYC has a training choir and two principle performing groups; the Prelude Choir, Concertina Choir and the Concert Choir. The Touring Choir is selected as travel opportunities arise. A much sought after choir, the Gainesville Youth Chorus performs 8-10 free concerts annually in Gainesville and the surrounding areas, as well as invitational performances with the University of Florida Symphony Orchestra and Choirs, benefit performances for Stop! Children's Cancer and other community and regional events.
