Enjoy an evening making fresh raviolis from scratch & then eat them all yourself! There is nothing more satisfying than rewarding yourself by eating the fruits of your own labors. Each student will learn to make egg pasta dough from scratch & then learn to roll it out and hand form stuffed raviolis with an assortment of cheeses. The café will cook each individual’s raviolis for their dinner consumption as part of the class; several sauce options will be available. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended. *Includes light beverages or you may bring your own bottle of wine, cooking class instruction and printed recipes.
