Tools for Schools Supply Drive

We are excited to announce our Annual Fall Tools for Schools Supply Drive!

Tools for Schools is the only completely free resource center dedicated exclusively to serving Alachua County Public School teachers. We provide free supplies throughout the entire school year, and this drive is vital to keeping our shelves stocked.

We invite your organization to partner with us this fall to support our local classrooms.

What We Need
We are collecting a wide range of new supplies, including:
• Classroom Essentials: Pens, pencils, notebooks, 2-pocket folders, markers, crayons, colored pencils, calculators, scissors, tape, index cards, and rulers.
• Specialty Items: Art supplies, creative materials, and general office supplies.
• Health & Hygiene: Unopened, unexpired hygiene products.

Drive Dates & Logistics
• Official Collection Period: Monday, July 20th – August 2nd, 2026 (or choose your own dates!).
• Easy Pick-up: Once your drive is done, we will pick up the supplies directly from your location. If your box fills up early, just call or DM us for an early pickup!
• Drop-off Option: You can also drop donations off at our main building (1147 SE 7th Avenue, Gainesville, FL) on Wednesdays and Thursdays this summer from 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:45 PM).

Make it Fun!
Turn this drive into a team-building event or an inter-office competition! Decorate a recycled box from your office to collect items. Take a photo of your team with your collection box and DM it to us—we would love to feature your business's generosity on our social media pages!
