Individual Therapy:
This is 1-1 therapy to work on your identified goals and coming up with ways to meet them. My focus is always you during this time and how I can best help facilitate these changes. I love to work with kids, adolescents and young adults to improve their quality of life.
Family Therapy:
This type of therapy includes all those you consider family and how best to work through any challenges you are experiencing in communicating your needs. I’ll work with you to identify triggers and help you all learn together how to make positive changes in your relationship.
