Little River Springs is a 125-acre county park on the Suwannee River that includes 2 walking trails for nature walks and the opportunity for a wide variety of wildlife viewing including deer, squirrels, and numerous birds. The spring stays at 72 degrees all year long so this is a perfect spot for swimming, snorkeling, and cave diving any time of year. Our springs feel like air conditioning in the summertime and heat in the winter.
Little River Springs is an ideal place to see the difference between the clear spring water and the sweet tea-colored Suwannee River. You’ll notice a temperature difference too! Several shallow areas make this a kid-friendly spring. The spring run is approximately 150 feet long with a cave system that is more than 1,200 feet long.
There are three handicap-accessible pavilion areas with grills available for picnics, two overlooks, portable restrooms, and paved sidewalks. There is no entrance fee. We would love to have you enjoy this park and please don’t trash where you splash.
