Carolyn Beatrice Parker Elementary Playground

Construction completed on Carolyn Beatrice Parker Park, a new neighborhood park, in August of 2019. This project was in partnership with the School Board of Alachua County. Improvements included a new playground with outdoor musical instruments and climbing features, picnic tables and benches, trash and recycling containers, striped basketball courts and goals, and painting the covered pavilion. Decorative fencing was installed to prevent access to school buildings during non-school hours.
