Welcoming a child into the world is a life event that brings many emotions to the forefront. While the words we use to describe such an event may vary, one constant we can count on is change. Sage and Thyme Birthworks employs the evidence based practice of nursing and the wisdom and traditions of a doula to help mother the mother and provide a well rounded postpartum experience.

PARTUM ME PLEASE!
45 min session via Zoom that focuses on providing newborn care/education and postpartum support. *Offered virtually only with no max on amount of sessions

HUSH LITTLE BABY
20- 40 hours of in home baby nurse care and interactive education initial 4 weeks of life. *3 hour minimum/day; overnight care available weekends only

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION

Offering private childbirth education classes to prepare you and your partner for pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. This interactive program will teach comfort measures, the stages of labor, and teach your partner how to support you during labor.
