Biomedical Mustangs A.L. Mebane Middle School Magnet Program

Through collaborative learning, students engage in a biomedical program emphasizing hands-on learning, exploratory labs, research-based studies, and discovery activities in preparation for a successful biomedical pathway. Students will race to win the "Triple Crown" by completing all three years within the Biomedical Mustangs Magnet Program. Students will explore three main aspects of Biomedical studies:

Forensics and DNA Profiling

Biomechanics (Physics and Prosthetics)

Bioprocessing

Students explore biomedicine through these lenses in their Magnet elective course, all while learning academically rigorous core content.
