
Kindergarten Kick-Off is a districtwide event to welcome incoming kindergarten students and their families to Alachua County Public Schools. Students and families will meet school staff and learn about their new school.
Kindergarten Kick-Off will be held on Wednesday, May 6 at 2:15 p.m. at all schools that serve kindergarten students. Please note, Oak View will begin at 3:30 pm.
What will I need to enroll my child?
You will be able to start the online enrollment process for your incoming kindergarten student on May 6. Before school starts (the earlier, the better!), you will need to provide a copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, proof of a physical exam, and two different proofs of residence in the parent’s name. Forms can be uploaded online or brought to the school in person.
