Join us for a fun morning learning the art of buttery crepes with Chef Mary Thomas and then dine on a full brunch bar with a mimosa to go with your finished product. This class includes a full brunch bar as well as assorted fillings and toppings for students to make both sweet and savory crepes. Students will learn about the different types of crepes enjoyed, including both sweet and savory flavors and fillings. Each student will flip and form their own crepes as part of this class. This is a perfect time to enjoy a morning brunch with mimosas or Bellinis, along with a full buffet of freshly made foods, alongside the class. Students will learn to make, form, and, yes, flip crepes in the air! The class consists of some observation and some hands-on. $70.00 per person, includes class instructions, recipes, a full brunch buffet, and a variety of sweet and savory crepe fillings. A complimentary mimosa or Bellini or beverage of choice is included with the class. Proper I.D. Required. Additional can be purchased at the time of the class.
