Little Adventurers Yoga Series

Our Little Adventurers Yoga Series gives kids ages 3-8 years-old an opportunity to build their focus, strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and self-management.
Using games, music, and activities, this class explores yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness, mind-body connection, emotions and self-calming tools, and music while still being playful and fun! No experience or fitness level needed.
This class is designed for kids, and parents can watch, participate, or enjoy some quiet time in the studio lobby.
All classes will take place on Thursdays at 4:30 PM at Wildflowers Studio.
The 6 classes in the series are:
September 10th - Pokémon Training
September 17th - Dragons & Unicorns
September 24th - Farm Adventure
October 1st - Ocean Explorers
October 8th - Blast off into Space
October 15th - Hello Fall! The Pumpkin Mystery
Drop in for one class for $25 per kid or come for the whole series!
$130 for whole series | $20 off whole series for Wildflowers Yoga Members
If child is 3 years old, we recommend the parent stay for the class with their kid.
