Waldo, Let’s Welcome Grace Christian Prep School! Our community has an exciting opportunity to welcome Grace Christian Prep School as they open their new Waldo Campus!
On Saturday, August 8, we’re inviting everyone to come together for a Community Chalk Art & Welcome Day. We’ll decorate the sidewalks with colorful chalk drawings, encouraging messages, Bible verses, and words of kindness to welcome the students, teachers, staff, and families before the first day of school.
This is a chance for the entire City of Waldo to show what our community is all about—love, unity, and support.
Everyone is welcome!
Bring your family, invite your neighbors, and help us create a memorable first impression for our newest school.
We are also accepting donations of:
- Sidewalk chalk
- Bottled water
- Soft drinks
- Hot dogs & buns
- Chips
- Condiments
- Ice
- Paper plates, napkins & cups
- Monetary donations to help cover event expenses
