The Emmy award-winning Manual Cinema takes storytelling somewhere completely new with their wholly original theatrical style. The 4th Witch reimagines Shakespeare’s Macbeth from the perspective of a young girl, orphaned by Macbeth’s army. Manual Cinema performs their story through a live, handcrafted film built from light, shadows, and music. Using vintage projectors, paper shadow puppets, live cameras, shadow choreography, actors, live music, and immersive sound design, they build a living, moving collage right before your eyes. It’s a fresh, captivating, one-of-a-kind experience that is visually mesmerizing.
