
Children’s Yoga at OHM Lab: A 30-minute class designed to introduce children to the foundations of yoga through creative play. We’d love to help our youngest community members build confidence and movement skills in a fun, safe space.
Mindful Breathing: Fun techniques to help kids self-regulate and find focus.
Imaginative Movement: Story-based flows and animal asanas that build strength and coordination.
Empowered Expression: We gather in a circle, giving each child the opportunity to lead a pose, fostering confidence and social connection.
Rest & Reset: A gentle, guided relaxation to close the session, teaching the value of stillness.
